KEY FEATURES
Built for hard work. Engineered for New Zealand conditions.
Robust Handle
The I-800 Incinerator is equipped with a robust, ergonomically designed handle, purpose-built to enhance ease of use in all operating conditions.
Optimized Airflow Opening
Engineered for efficient combustion, the optimized airflow opening ensures consistent air intake to support clean, efficient burning. It’s designed to accommodate an optional Ash Guard, helping prevent ash from escaping while maintaining optimal airflow. An optional Air Intake Door is also available, allowing airflow to be reduced or shut off when required for added burn control.
Heavy-Duty Chimney Cap
Engineered for safety and performance, this chimney cap on the i-800 Incinerator enables reliable operation in all weather conditions while supporting clean and controlled burning. Its protective design also helps prevent sparks from escaping, reducing fire risk and enhancing overall safety on-site.
Lockable Heavy-Duty Lid
This heavy-duty lid is designed for effortless operation and added safety. The integrated locking mechanism securely holds the lid in the upright position, allowing for hands-free loading and improved user control. By keeping the lid stable during use, it reduces the risk of accidental closure—making loading safer, quicker, and more convenient.
Heavy-Duty 5mm Steel Construction
Built for New Zealand conditions, the i-800 features rugged 5mm steel construction for exceptional strength, durability, and long-term reliability. The heavy-gauge steel body is designed to resist warping and heat damage during continuous high-temperature operation.
Durable Black Powder-Coated Finish
The i-800 is finished with a tough black powder coating that not only delivers a sleek, professional appearance, but also provides protection against weather, corrosion, and wear.
Smart Modular Design
The i-800 features a smart modular design that not only reduces shipping costs by maximizing packing efficiency, but also ensures quick assembly on-site. With no welding required, setup is safer and faster, saving time and eliminating the need for specialized equipment. This design makes the i-800 Incinerator a practical solution for remote locations around New Zealand.
Heavy-Duty Grate
Designed for durability and optimal burn performance, the i-800’s heavy-duty grate supports efficient airflow beneath the material, ensuring cleaner, more complete combustion. Built from robust, heat-resistant materials, it withstands high temperatures and heavy loads without warping or failure. This grate enhances burn quality, improves ash fall-through, and reduces maintenance, making it a key component in the i-800 Incinerator.
DELIVERY & PACKAGING
Built tough. Delivered NZ-wide.
The I-800 is securely packed onto a pallet with all major components separated for safer transport and easier assembly on site.
A forklift is preferred for unloading the pallet. Once unwrapped, each component can be manually handled and unpacked individually. The heaviest component weighs 32kgs.
SAFE OPERATION GUIDE
Using your I-800 safely and effectively.
Before lighting any outdoor fire, check local fire conditions and restrictions.Visit Fire and Emergency New Zealand’s fire safety checker before burning.
1. Choose the right time
Burn during calm, clear weather and daylight hours. Avoid windy days, dry conditions, or restricted fire seasons.
2. Check the site
Place the incinerator on a flat, stable, non-combustible surface away from buildings, trees, fences, and dry grass.
3. Fit safety accessories
Fit the Ash Guard and Stainless Steel Spark Arrestor where required to help reduce ash escape and airborne sparks.
4. Load suitable material
Use dry, suitable burn material only. Avoid plastics, chemicals, treated timber, painted timber, or hazardous waste.
5. Start small
Begin with a small fire and gradually add material once established. Do not overload the chamber or block airflow.
6. Monitor the burn
Never leave the incinerator unattended. Keep water, a hose, or fire extinguisher nearby while operating.
7. Control airflow
Use the airflow opening to support efficient combustion. The optional Air Intake Door can help slow the burn.
8. Let ash cool fully
Allow ash to cool completely before removal. Empty into a non-combustible container and check for hot embers.
Confirm local fire restrictions, check wind conditions, clear the surrounding area, and ensure the incinerator is attended at all times while in use.
