Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at sales.inflame@outlook.com. Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
